When claiming, here's what we need:

Series: name of series
Type: general/pairing/character, full character names if applicable
Category: anime, manga, or game
Username: If you are posting with your icon journal account, for example, we need that.

Please include all necessary information so we can process your claim asap!

NOTE:

You DO NOT have to claim which theme set you're doing. The theme sets are for your own reference. The only rule we have in regards to that is that you can't mix them. You can only use 50 themes from ONE theme set. (you can use themes from other theme sets as AC themes) Other than that, you may switch at any time and pick whichever you please. Thus, you DO NOT have to specify which theme set you want when making your claim.
